1. Acceptance of these terms
LR Hub is operated for the Subang DavOr Learning Resource Hub to make learning resources easier to find and use. By accessing the LR Hub website or installing and using the LR Hub mobile app, you accept these Terms of Use and our Data Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
2. What the service provides
The public LR Hub lets anyone browse, search, read, and download approved learning materials organized by grade level, learning area, resource type, and other categories. No account or sign-in is required for public access.
A separate administrative portal is available only to authorized personnel for uploading and managing learning resources. Use of that portal is limited to persons given access by the LR Hub administrator, and those accounts must be kept confidential by their owners.
3. Permitted use of learning materials
- You may view, read, download, and print learning materials for personal study, classroom teaching, and other non-commercial educational purposes.
- Keep author, source, and agency attributions intact when sharing or reproducing a material.
- You may share links to LR Hub materials with learners, parents, and fellow educators.
4. Prohibited conduct
When using LR Hub, you agree not to:
- Sell, rent, or commercially exploit the learning materials or the service.
- Remove or falsify author, source, or agency attributions on any material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the administrative portal, other users' accounts, or the server.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system without written authorization.
- Use automated tools to scrape, mass-download, or overload the service in a way that degrades access for others.
- Misrepresent LR Hub content as your own work or as an official issuance it is not.
5. Intellectual property
Learning resources published on LR Hub are owned by their respective authors, contributors, schools, or the Department of Education, and may be protected by copyright and other laws. The LR Hub name, logo, and interface design are part of the Subang DavOr Learning Resource Hub.
If you believe a material on LR Hub infringes your rights or was published in error, please contact the LR Hub administrator so it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected or removed.
6. Third-party links and content
Some materials may link to external websites or video platforms (for example, video-hosted lessons). These services are not operated by LR Hub, and their own terms and privacy practices apply. LR Hub is not responsible for the content or availability of external services.
7. Availability and changes to the service
LR Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service available and the materials accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every material is complete or current. Materials may be added, updated, or removed at any time, and the service may be suspended for maintenance or security reasons without prior notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LR Hub, its administrators, and the offices managing the Subang DavOr Learning Resource Hub are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or its materials. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
9. Suspension of access
We may restrict or block access to LR Hub for any user, device, or network that violates these terms, threatens the security of the service, or interferes with other users' access, with or without prior notice.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and other applicable laws and regulations.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use when the service changes. The effective date above shows when the terms were last updated. Continued use of LR Hub after an update means you accept the revised terms.
