Data Privacy Notice
At a glance
- The public LR Hub app can be used without signing in or creating an account.
- We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, locations, contacts, or photos from public visitors.
- Public app activity is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.
- Only ordinary technical records (IP address, browser type, access logs) and resource usage counts may be kept.
1. Scope
This notice covers the public LR Hub mobile app and public web access used to search, view, read, and download learning materials. It does not cover third-party websites linked from a resource, nor does it replace the privacy rules of the separate administrator/uploader portal.
2. What information we handle
| Public app use | Browsing, searching, reading, and downloading approved learning materials can be done without providing personal details. |
|---|---|
| Search and browsing activity | Search terms, filters, pages opened, and read/download actions may be processed to return the correct resources. |
| Technical records | Standard server logs such as IP address, browser/device type, date/time of access, requested pages, and errors may be recorded. |
| Usage counts | We may count views, reads, or downloads to understand which resources are being used. |
3. How we use information
- To display learning materials, categories, search results, document readers, and download links.
- To keep the service running, fix errors, and protect the system from abuse.
- To measure resource usage through simple view and download counts.
- To improve how resources are organized and made available.
4. Sharing and external links
We do not share public app activity with advertisers or data brokers. Limited technical information may be handled by the hosting provider or authorized system administrators only when needed to operate and secure LR Hub.
Some materials may link to external websites or video platforms. If you open an external link, that service will handle your information under its own privacy practices.
5. Storage and retention
Learning materials and their metadata are kept while they remain approved and useful. View counts and technical logs are kept for service operation, reporting, security, and troubleshooting, then removed or archived when no longer needed.
The app may store a small device setting, such as the server address, to connect to LR Hub. This setting does not identify you.
6. Children and learners
LR Hub is designed to make learning materials easier to access. The public app is not intended to collect personal details from learners. Please do not enter private personal information into search fields or send personal documents through public access points.
7. Your choices
- Use the public app without signing in.
- Read supported materials inside the app instead of downloading files.
- Clear browser or app storage from your device settings.
- Contact the LR Hub administrator for questions about resource records or privacy concerns.
8. Security
LR Hub uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the system. Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel. While no online service can be completely risk-free, we restrict access to help safeguard the data we handle.
9. Updates
This notice may be updated when LR Hub changes how it handles information. The effective date above will show when it was last updated.
